Industrial RelationsMcMahon Services have an excellent working relationship with all Construction Unions and in particular the Construction Forestry Mining and Energy Union. We are currently one of the largest employers in the Asbestos Removal, Demolition and Civil Remediation industries employing over 80 Construction Forestry Mining and Energy Union members. We have recently entered into our fourth two-year Enterprise Agreement with our workforce. Our agreement concentrates on productivity, flexibility, quality, good communications and elimination of disputation. McMahon Services will handle industrial matters with minimal involvement or inconvenience to clients, however, we will ensure they are kept fully informed of any industrial developments that may occur. By handling industrial issues efficiently and effectively and by taking a fair but assertive approach with all construction unions, disputation can be avoided.
